Festivals and national days
Celebrations
Fifteen important school celebrations each year, each with its own teacher in-charge — from the opening hawan to Basant Panchami.
The school calendar is anchored by its celebrations: Hawan Blessings at the start of the session, Labour Day, International Day of Yoga, the Investiture Ceremony, Independence Day, Teej, Teacher’s Day, Janmashtami, Hindi Diwas, Diwali, Children’s Day, Christmas, Lohri, Republic Day and Basant Panchami.
Pre-primary and primary classes add their own colour days, jungle parades, beach parties and community-helper days.
