This website is operated by Bright Scholar Senior Secondary School, Sector 10, Raipur, Sonipat, Haryana 131001 (“the school”, “we”). This policy explains how information you provide through the website is used. Last updated 30 August 2026.
Information we collect
- Enquiry and campus-visit forms: parent name, student name, mobile number, e-mail (optional), class applying for, current school (optional), preferred visit date (optional) and your message.
- Technical information needed to protect the forms from abuse: a one-way hash of your connection’s IP address and your browser type. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Aggregate, privacy-friendly usage analytics (page views and button clicks) that do not identify you personally.
How it is used
- To respond to your admission enquiry or arrange your campus visit — only with the consent you give on the form.
- To keep the enquiry service working and free of spam.
- To understand which parts of the website are useful, so it can be improved.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in a secure database accessible only to the school’s admissions staff and the website administrator, and may be e-mailed to the school office. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Student records held by the school for admitted students are governed by the school’s own records policies, not by this website.
The website is hosted on infrastructure that may process requests outside India. Map tiles on the contact page are loaded from Google only after you choose to load the map.
